Layne is the best real estate agent I have ever met and worked with. We live in New England and when our daughter needed a place to live in Pagosa Springs, she delivered the perfect townhouse for her. It was an estate sale who the owner was also out of state and she diligently stayed on top of the sale to move it along quickly. When my daughter relocated to another state for a job, she helped us find a tenant because it was too soon to put back on the market. Whenever I called her for assistance she was right there and delivered whatever we asked for. When we went to sell the townhouse, again she worked hard to find us a buyer. As luck would have it, right after the home inspection, the water heater broke down and needed to be replaced and had caused damage. She found a plumber and contractor to fix everything quickly and efficiently, which was difficult given it was the holiday season, winter and the snow just kept coming. Layne took care of everything for us. She was a blessing for us since we had to rely on her 100% and she did a fabulous job. We have bought and sold several houses through the years and I can honestly say that Layne is the best of the best. I would recommend her to everyone who is looking to buy or sell in her area.
