Galles Properties Office Services
All of our administrative and marketing platforms live within a cloud-based eco-system, allowing us to be fully operational while working remotely.
For now, our Main 414 Pagosa Street Office is open by appointment with a limited staff during business hours, and we are available full time by phone and email. Our Brokers are working full time from home. We have full video conferencing and cloud-based transaction services available.
For Sellers
If your property is currently listed for sale with us, we will continue to market it as always. Sellers can feel confident that we will continue to put the full weight of our digital marketing program behind the marketing of our listings. This includes email marketing to our large buyer database, video tours of properties, web advertising and more.
Our Brokers will work with you to ensure your showing preferences are met, and in the case where in-person showings are discouraged, will assist with creating virtual showings of the property for potential buyers. Your Broker and the entire Galles Properties team will be right by your side for the duration.
For Buyers
If you are currently looking to buy a property in Southwest Colorado, we encourage you to use our website search tools and sign up for an account to save your search and receive auto-notifications. When you are ready to view a property, we encourage you to contact the Listing Broker. Our Brokers will be happy to arrange a virtual tour of the property and get you any information you need.
The Market
It remains to be seen how long this will last, but the fundamentals of the Archuleta County real estate market are strong. While we have seen a few buyers choose to suspend their in-person searches, our website traffic team aims strong, as potential buyers are at home on their computers. In fact, in recent days we have seen a substantial increase in traffic on our website.
Southwest Colorado has an increasing draw from many metro areas, and buyer demand has been and continues to be healthy. Mortgage rates are near all-time lows. Together, these factors indicate that our real estate market continues to provide opportunities both for investors and for those seeking to live the Colorado lifestyle in one of the state’s most beautiful corners.
