With an extensive background in real estate brokerage, development and marketing, Peggy Ralston-Poma has lived and worked in the Pagosa area since the late 1960′s.
During that time, she has amassed a wide range of real estate brokerage expertise and has worked with clients from around the world to assist them in buying and selling SW Colorado property.
With a true love for the land and the outdoors, Peggy is dedicated to bringing integrity, professionalism and discretion to every real estate transaction she participates in.
Born and raised in Pagosa Springs, Layne attended the University of Arizona where she obtained a degree in International Finance, Communications and French.
Prior to returning to her beloved hometown, Layne worked in New York City pursuing a career on Wall Street in Investment Banking, International Business & Real Estate Finance.
Today, Layne applies her diverse background and 10+ years of real estate experience to work hand in hand with her real estate customers toward the realization of their real estate goals.
