The Galles Properties real estate team held its annual Planning Retreat in February – a great chance to regroup after a busy end-of-the-year selling season and chart a plan of action for the year ahead. Together, we celebrated the addition of Chris Liverett to the Galles Properties roster – as well as the election of Lindy Moore by the Pagosa Springs Area Association of Realtors as the 2011 Realtor Of The Year.
2011 held many more positives for the Galles Properties family of brokers. Together, the group led the Pagosa Springs real estate market in all major categories, including total volume sold, total volume sold priced over $500,000 and total volume sold priced over $1 Million. In fact, Galles Properties sold 56% of all properties closed over $1 million in the area. With 2011 now in the books, Galles Properties has sold over $79 million more in sales volume than our closest competitor since 2006.
Overall, the Pagosa Springs market was UP in 2011 over 2010 – with a significant improvement in Pagosa Springs residential real estate sales and in farm and ranch properties.
